If you ring or text our demo line (07782 359411)
- What we keep: your phone number, the time of the call, and the text messages you send and receive.
- Why: to show you how Ringback Mate works and to reply to you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us, and you'd expect a reply.
- How long: deleted after 12 months with no activity.
- Text STOP at any time and you won't get any more messages.
If you email us or become a client
We use your name, business details and contact details to talk to you about Ringback Mate, set up the service and send invoices. We keep business and tax records for as long as the law requires (usually 6 years).
If you contact a business that uses Ringback Mate
When you ring a business that uses Ringback Mate and get a text back, that business is responsible for your information and their own privacy notice applies. We handle it for them only to run the service, under a written agreement. Conversations are deleted after 12 months with no activity, and texting STOP always works.
